It’s no secret that I absolutely love a good ‘look for less’ designer collaboration and come November 6, H&M’s next hot capsule collection with Alexander Wang will be available in stores and online. Alexander Wang is known for the impeccably tailored edge he brings to everyday pieces. Mr. Wang primarily sticks to a black and white color palette, with splashes of color, and manages to fuse minimalism and edgy together to create looks that are super duper fly.

The collection is a true mix of sport and fashion and according to US Weekly, “will make you want to pop in Kanye’s “The New Workout Plan”. We’ve been waiting since the announcement in April for this lookbook and…well…I’ll let you judge for yourself.

All accessories (including shoes, bags, and boxing gloves) are a part of the capsule collection. I’d love to get my hands on those leather trousers and that mesh and lace l/s top, but the way Memphis shopping is set up, we don’t have an H&M. Sigh. My online attempt to snag some of the Isabel Murant x H&M collection was less than favorable, so we shall see. See more of the lookbook here.
According to Q, this lookbook is…different. It’s giving me a cool Aaliyah or Teyana Taylor vibe. I do think it will be interesting to see fashionistas all over the globe take these pieces and evolve them into something great. The 38 piece collection (clothes & accessories) will range in price from $29-349, and will be in stores November 6.
What do you think? Are you excited?
