The peep toe bootie…chic sophistication meets edgy and daring. This 2 for 1 (aka “two-fer”) works great when paired with skirts and flirty dresses (especially the fit and flare style) or jeans and a leather moto jacket. I’m currently crushing on the thought of pairing her (the bootie) with black skinny pants, a flowy blouse, and a statement necklace. The peep toe bootie comes in a variety of styles and fabrics (leather, suede, embellished, etc.) and most definitely adds style to your closet. Perforated is very “of the moment,” so if a perforated peep toe bootie is of interest to you (it is to me), then check these out: Pedro Garcia ‘Sylvana’ vs. Zara. While both have a 4-inch heel, Sylvana is made in Spain and comes with suede outer, lining, and sole. Fancy! The Zara version is made of a faux suede (poly) material, but is a great stand in to show off an über hot jet black pedicure.
In this battle of high vs. low, would you splurge with Sylvana or save with Zara?
Yours in stilettos,
