Bright flowers for the spring season that is trying to push through. Contrasting leather for the chilly, breezy winds that won’t go away (as evidenced by my hair…the wind had it all over the place.) This outfit truly parallels the latest weather patterns. But I love it!! And this skirt! Such a statement piece and perfect for transitioning into spring! I was minding my own business in SugarPlum Consignments and this skirt called my name. Loudly! I love the large flowers + yellow & pink are two of my favorite colors. I was totally smitten!! It was new with tags and just my size. Talk about perfect timing. The consignment angels were on my side. I chose to pop with bright pink and I was ready for a night on the town. Gone with the wind fabulous indeed!
Skirt – Badgley Mischka via SugarPlum Consignments (solid option) (love this pleated metallic option) | Tank – Random TJMaxx find | Jacket – Express | Clutch – Kate Spade (similar) | Bracelets – Tiffany&Co., Alex & Ani
According to Q, you don’t have to wait for summer to rock your maxi skirt. Grab a cool jacket to top it off with a bright pop of color and you’re ready to strut into spring.
Cheers to outfits that make transitions super easy!
