The florals that we know and love are usually light and airy, bright and fun. They are plentiful during the spring and summer. However, lately I’ve been running into a few floral prints that can easily slide right into fall, like this top. Fall florals have darker hues and cooler tones and are perfect for layering. They are super versatile and can be dressed up or dressed down. In this case, this floral top went from the office to an after work event. I added the perforated bomber jacket for a little texture and chambray pants for casual comfort. I whipped my braids to one side and added red accents to pull everything together.

According To Q, florals don’t have to be reserved for warmer temps. They can help you easily transition into the cooler weather fall may bring. By adding a top layer – bomber jacket, blazer, leather or denim jacket – the florals still stand out while being totally appropriate for fall. How do you do fall florals?
Cheers to cool florals and fall transitions!
