Scarf Season

The temps are finally dropping and fluctuating in Memphis, which means it’s time to break out the scarves.  Specifically, a good blanket scarf.  Blanket scarves make the perfect layering accessory as the seasons change.  I fell in love with blanket scarves some time ago and we’re still going steady.  However, I’m still trying to figure out ways to tie them without being completely swallowed.  LOL.  Blanket scarves in a cool print, like this mixed print one I found at a random boutique, can add lots of interest to any outfit.  Let’s take basic jeans and a tee…add a coat or jacket and a cool bootie or pump.  Or grab a blazer and a casual flat.  Wanna wear a dress, no problem there either.  Grab a blanket scarf, secure it with a brooch, and you’re good to go.  Get my point?!?!? You can’t go wrong with either option. And yep, blanket scarves look good even with a 37 week baby bump!

According to Q, a blanket scarf can be your BFF this fall and winter.  It’s a super versatile accessory that can be dressed up or down.  Find one in a cool pattern or plaid and you’re set!
