Statement sleeves are all over the place this season. They’ve rolled over from the spring/summer, and I don’t see them going anywhere anytime soon. Ruffles, sequins, pleats…you name it! Sleeve embellishments have taken over!! I normally don’t do trends, but I took the plunge with this one since it was under $20. I stuck with a neutral gray and black palette. Of course, I had to add a statement necklace, and dark lip for a little edge. I’ve actually worn this outfit twice. Once to work with a different shoe and again for an evening outing with friends. Simple but still makes a statement. Just how I like it. What do you think?

According to Q, statement sleeves just might be here to stay. Whether subtle or over the top, the statement sleeve can be the perfect accessory for a night out with the boo, a GNO, or just because you feel a little “extra” in your spirit. Grab a cool clutch, necklace, and boot to finish the look and have fun with it! A statement earring (sans the necklace) would also be a nice touch. You can EASILY re-create this look with any color sweater!
Cheers to clothing that make a statement without the effort!
