This week has been a doozy and it gets a big, whopping side eye!! Quite the opposite of last week. Work has been insanely busy and frustrating with lots of noncompliant patients (don’t be that patient), I’ve been working out like a mad woman (I’m telling y’all, this #Snatchathon is serious), and this new moon has my ladybug beside herself with these middle of the night wake ups! Despite being super drained from work, there have been quite a few joys this week.
SPENDVELOPE MONEY SYSTEM
I talked about this on my instastories over the weekend and I implemented using these envelopes to get control of the frivolous spending I’ve been indulging in a little too much lately. My flexible spending budget is shot to the curb (These Target trips, Amazon Prime orders, & Smoothie King visits have been adding up big time), so this week I made the decision to get it together and focus for the last half of the year. My IG poll showed that y’all are also interested in these envelopes, so here you go —–> GET YOURS HERE. Let us go and be financially great!!!
HEAD WRAP SHAWTY
I went to an event about a month ago and got wrapped by the lovely ladies of THE GIFT WRAPS and I loved it. Truth is, I play with my scarves as head wraps all of the time. But at home where no one can see me looking foolish if they don’t turn out right. I usually always talk myself out of going in public with one. This week I didn’t, and I loved it. Received a lot of compliments, too. Lesson: Just go with it!! This scarf is an oldie but goodie from the 3.1 Philip Lim x Target collabo. I’m pretty sure I’m keeping it forever.
A group of ladies and I started a jump rope challenge for the month of June. The challenge is to jump rope daily, with a few rest days, and I actually like it. It’s building stamina and some killer legs in the process. Pray for us the day we have to go over 200. Our IG group name is ALL FINE EVERYTHING (AFE), so if you hear me reference the name, you know where it came from. The #Snatchathon continues!
I was super excited about this!!! When they reached out, I questioned whether or not I could be called a trailblazer, but my big sis (Hey, Angela!) reassured me that I was and I shouldn’t question it. I got to tell a little about my journey and if it helps just one person, then it’s all good. If you missed it, check it out HERE!
Cheers to an amazing week and an even better weekend?
