I think I’m pretty conservative for the most part. Classic chic is probably moreso how I’d label my style. Regardless, I’ve always been a print lover. A good print can go a long way in the wardrobe honey! Well, thanks to my distant blogger cousins Tiffany Battle & Mikaela Pabon, I’ve been obsessed with how to mix said fabulous prints and not look completely crazy. I usually keep my print mixing pretty basic, you know, dots + stripes, leopard + stripes, Camo + whatever. But this time, I stepped out of my comfort zone a little & surprised myself. I’ve been doing that a lot lately, huh?
This is one of my favorite summer dresses. The print is abstract & fun and the colors are super versatile. My focus this time was to pull out the black & white in the dress with a striped shoe. And thennnnnn, as if that wasn’t enough, I grabbed this polka dot pouch on the way out of the door. So although they were 2 different prints, the key here was the black and white, which played off of the black and white in the dress. See? Easy right. Y’all better watch out! I’m on a print mixing roll!

According to Q, mixing prints can be easy and fun!! I’ve said it before and I’m saying it again, focus on colors NOT pattern. Once you get past that, you’ll want to do it all the time to see what cool combos you can come up with!!
Cheers to stepping out of comfort zones!
You just showing out now. I’m still trying to get two but I’m working on it

Hahahaha!!! I also started with 2 and then this happened. You’re next.
Just when I thought you couldn’t do anything else you go and mix 3 patterns on me. Slow down Q you’re taking me too fast. I love it though.
